Santorini is also well know for it’s local grapes and wine. If you are a wine lover you will also have the opportunity to visit a local winery and learn more about the tradition and history of wine-making in Santorini, as well as a chance to taste and purchase the world famous Santorini wine.
In case you are not an avid wine lover the winery tour can be replaced by a visit to Pyrgos village one of island’s traditional villages inhabited by locals. Your Santorini local guide will walk you around Pyrgos village so you can see and smell the local atmosphere of the island far from the busy touristic areas.
Once you finish your tour and your Santorini Tour Guide leaves you back at Fira Town,before you return to the cruise ship, you will have the chance to explore the beautiful streets and small pathways while admiring the wonderfully preserved Cycladic Architecture.
